Payroll EFT Specialist

Payroll Professionals Inc is looking for a full time on-site Payroll EFT Specialist to join our team.
This role will process and administer payroll electronic fund transfers (EFT) for our many valued clients.
Being detail oriented and having strong organizational skills are a key part of being successful in this position.
Some of your responsibilities will include: * Process direct deposit and benefit files per each client’s preference * Maintaining a log of all banking relationships and their detailed processing requirements * Maintaining and updating direct deposit and benefit instructions specific to each client * Supporting the team ensuring that payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner * Maintains client direct deposit documentation and record retention * Assist fellow team members in tax payments and reporting Required Skills: * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks * Strong skills in Microsoft Excel * Ability to work independently * Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills * Demonstrates analytical skills and problem solving skills * Payroll experience preferred, however we are open to training strong candidates About Us: Payroll Professionals Inc.
