Accounting Intern

The Accounting Intern assists the accounting team in the preparation and analysis of financial statements for the company to ensure timely and accurate financial information to support the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in month end and year-end financial statement close, including preparing manual journal entries and account reconciliations.
Serve as a resource to departments regarding financial transactions and reporting.
Assist in calculating financial metrics.
Create, maintain, and distribute various monthly financial reports to the departments and management team.
Assist in petty cash and driver cash responsibilities.
Provide account analysis for all departments as needed.
Special projects as assigned.
Education, Training and Experience: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting required.
Excellent technology skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
