Overview:
The Social Media Community Manager will be responsible for developing social media strategies focused around building relationships with the SCHEELS customer base.
This individual is the caretaker of the SCHEELS online brand presence.
The Community Manager should quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to positive customer sentiment and strong customer engagement.
This role will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be an expert in brand voice.
Responsibilities:
Complete payment processing timely and accurately, including but not limited to:
Weekly ACH, Credit Card and Check payment processing
Positive Pay file loads
Credit card statement reconciliation
Verify ACH & credit card payments match what was sent to our bank on a weekly basis
Promptly make any necessary corrections to payments based on verification findings
Work with Vendor Accounting team to resolve returned payments
Support Vendor Accounting in payment needs and requests
Pull reports prior to payments to ensure payment types among vendors are consistent and data is accurate for file submissions
Assist with other duties as needed and assigned
Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to research, collect, and export data to create spreadsheets
Demonstrates strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Be professional in appearance and attitude; contribute to a positive team atmosphere by treating others with respect and consideration while taking pride in being part of a winning team
Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
Perform work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
Ability to work assigned schedule which is typically Monday through Friday day time hours, but may include some voluntary evening or weekend hours as needed
Task orientated and can prioritize job duties in order of importance, including end of month deadlines

Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree; or one to two years of related experience
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
