Responsibilities:
- Perform various accounting tasks, including but not limited to tax preparation, accounts receivable, accrual accounting, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Conduct financial auditing and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and assist in the forecasting process.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
Skills:
- Proficient in tax regulations and able to prepare accurate tax documents.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with accrual accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Technical accounting skills, including the ability to research and interpret complex accounting issues.
- Proficient in financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Knowledge of financial auditing procedures and best practices.
- Ability to forecast financial trends and make recommendations based on analysis.
- Skilled in accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
