This role is 90% remote.

*WHAT YOU'LL DO:* As a Junior Accountant, you will: 1.
Work on a variety of client files in QuickBooks Online doing basic bookkeeping tasks and coding/creating transactions through integrated bank feeds and electronically provided receipts 2.
Using the power of artificial intelligence, enter, get approved and process accounts payable items each week 3.
Send invoices and receive payments on behalf of clients 4.
Process recurring payrolls 5.
Perform simple bank account and loan reconciliations 6.
Create and enter simple month end journal entries *WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:* DETAIL-ORIENTED.
Clients judge us a lot by our accuracy and precision.
The ideal candidate hates making mistakes and is extremely detail oriented.
TECH SAVVY.
You will need to be adept with computers and good at figuring out new cutting-edge systems and tools.
Excel expertise is preferred.
A typing speed of 50 words per minute is required.
QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop experience is appreciated, but not required.
AN ADAPTABLE, FAST LEARNER.
Every client has a different set of processes and requirements, so each new client is a learning experience.
We need someone who feels very comfortable diving in.
They should be proactive in figuring things out independently while knowing when to ask for help if needed.
