Dahl & Company CPAs is a local public accounting firm specializing in income tax, financial statement audit, accounting, payroll, and consulting services that we provide to local businesses and individuals in our community.
We are looking for a spring 2024 Intern.
*POSITION SUMMARY:*
· Preparation of individual and business income tax returns.
· Payroll preparation.
· Bookkeeping services.
· Assist with our audits, reviews, and compilations.
· Collaboration with staff to enhance expertise and further development of your career.
· Correspondence with clients to assist with gathering relevant materials needed for each engagement.
· Opportunities to meet with clients to develop professional relationships and offer hands-on customer service.
· Opportunity to work on a variety of projects to help develop a well-rounded expertise.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES:*
· Working towards or completed bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field.
· Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and staff within firm.
· Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
· Problem solving capabilities.
· Knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe, and QuickBooks.
