is seeking a Benefits Accounting Assistant to join our team.
The Benefits Accounting Assistant will assist the benefits coordinator by providing administrative support to the benefits program.
This individual will coordinate promotion of these benefits, provide follow-up on client inquiries, facilitate participant enrollments, and assist with the invoices and accounting functions of all plans.
The Benefits Accounting Assistant will maintain frequent and close working relationships with agents, clients, and employees to communicate and coordinate activities related to the administration of the benefits program.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess strong communication skills, be committed to customer service, have excellent attention to detail, and have multi-tasking ability.
Working knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, group insurance benefits and accounting experience is preferred.
