The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the college’s accounts payable and purchase card (PCard) processes.
1.
Support the mission and vision of Concordia College and demonstrate the competencies as defined for this position.
2.
Manage Accounts Payable Process – 60%
* Review and enter invoices submitted for payment
* Process checks, ACH and credit card payments
* Verify and match payment to supporting documentation
* Answer questions regarding vendor accounts and financial procedures
* TIN Match W9’s received
* Void and re-issue accounts payable items as needed
3.
Concordia PCard Program – 30%
* Support PCard users by ordering new PCards, training users and adjusting card limits
* Ensure monthly statements are reported in the college accounting system
* Act as point-of-contact for Amazon Business account
4.
Additional Tasks – 10%
* Serve as backup for Cash Receipt Processing
* Other duties as needed
