Handling bi-weekly payroll for all domestic subsidiaries.
Preparing payroll balancing, tax tie outs, journal entries, and reporting.
Processing W2 statements and assisting employees with payroll inquiries.
Overseeing administration of invoice and expense software.
Who We're Looking For: Experience in processing multi-state payroll.
Familiarity with UKG Pro system is preferred.
Understanding of accounting principles and payroll-related audits.
Bachelor’s or associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
