OK Tire is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
Process and administer payroll, including verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payroll distribution
Monitor and update employee information, such as tax withholdings, direct deposit, and other payroll-related changes
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data within the payroll system and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance
Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters, providing exceptional customer service
Administer various employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs
Coordinate benefit enrollment and orientation for new hires and educate employees on available benefit options
Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit deductions and contributions
Collaborate with external vendors and carriers to resolve benefit-related issues and facilitate effective communication
Generate and distribute regular reports related to payroll, benefits, and other HR metrics
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in payroll and benefits administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as ADP or similar platforms
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of automotive industry or related experience is a plus
Requirements
