Position summary
As a Collections Technician you will monitor, collect, and report on active and written off customer receivables in a professional and accurate manner and provide general and project support.
Qualifications
You are required to have:
One year of experience in collections
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
Good conflict resolutions skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and communication skills
Intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, email, Internet
Additional preferred qualifications:
AA degree in accounting or business related

This position can be located in Perham, MN
Schedule
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
