P121 Cast Iron Hand Crank Bench Sickle Grinder/Sharpener Farm Tool - $180 (Moorhead)

We have been cleaning out items from our parents garage, and this was a tool that my moms parents used possibly close to 100 years ago.
I am not sure if this is called a Sickle or not.
If there is a different name for it and would like to tell me, I would try to update it then.
