Well maintained, in the last two years new starter and alternator, auto start installed in 2017, new bed cover in 2017, engine rebuilt in 2012 at 189,777 miles.
Transmission is original to my knowledge.
I have service records with the above information.
Recent Improvements include:
• New tires November 2023 at 293,400 miles
• New battery, 1/16/2024
Know Issues/Disclosure:
• Oil pressure switch has a moderate leak.
Needs to be fixed or add oil as needed.
• Front end (to include but not limited to control arms, tie rods, and ball joints) will need work sometime in the near future.
The pickup drives really well but it is starting to show signs that these areas need fixing.
• Both axel seals have slow leaks, this has been an issue since I bought it in 2015 and it hasn’t really gotten any worse during the time I’ve owned it.
• Engine light is for the catalytic converter.
It has been this way since I bought it in 2015 and hasn’t caused any issues.
• The dent on the rear bumper is from when someone ran into the back of it.
It was a non-reportable accident.
• Heat and AC work well, however the vent controls do not function as they indicate.
• Lots of rust.
I have owned this since 2015 and it is by far the best vehicle I’ve owned.
It is getting to the point it needs quite a bit of work I can’t do myself.
This would make an excellent truck for the lake, hunting, construction work, or getting to work/school in the deep snow.
