MAHUBE-OTWA is actively recruiting a service minded individual with a strong independent initiative and excellent driving skills to work as a part time *Bus Monitor *for our *Detriot Lakes Head Start* Sites.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Bus Drivers in transportation of children to/from Head Start on a daily basis including occasional field trips.
Responsible for assisting children with boarding and exiting the Head Start bus, properly securing the children in the seat restraint systems, and model safe riding skills.
*FACTS ABOUT HEAD START BUSES*
* In addition to the Bus Driver, there is a Bus Monitor on all Head Start Buses
* All children (ages 3-5) are secured in a 5 point harness
* Head Start buses are small 20 passenger capacity
