Infant/Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities: -Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns Requirements: - Previous experience in childcare, such as babysitting or daycare, with a focus on toddler car and infant care - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for young children - Familiarity with childhood development stages and the ability to implement appropriate educational practices - First aid and CPR certification preferred but not required - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
