Daycare Worker

```Responsibilities``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and supportive environment for children - Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom - Monitor and supervise children at all times - Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment ```Experience``` - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to provide first aid if necessary - Understanding of childhood development milestones - Strong classroom management skills - Experience in caregiving or special education is a plus If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
