Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is a vital part of our Assisted Living Community, ensuring that residents enjoy a clean and
sanitary living space.
This role involves routine cleaning duties, supporting dietary staff during meals, and
accommodating specific room or personal item requests from residents.
In addition to regular cleaning tasks, the
Housekeeper will interact with visitors, ensuring our community presents a welcoming environment.
Job Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability or willingness to learn about cleaning products, techniques, and methods.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Strong commitment to creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
• Respect for the confidentiality and privacy of residents.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow multiple directions, prioritize and multi-task routinely.
Hours of Work:
Full-time or part-time as hired and/or scheduled.
Works weekends and holidays as scheduled, every/other
weekend rotation.
Operations:
• Support the Assisted Living Director or Assistant Director: Assist in the overall cleanliness and sanitation
of areas throughout the facility.
Coordinate with the Assisted Living Director or Assistant Director to
address any specific areas or concerns that need attention.
• Host Visitors: Ensure that guest and visitor areas are immaculate and ready to receive visitors.
Make sure
areas are stocked with snacks, coffee, or appetizers as needed.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional duties as coordinated with the Assisted Living Director.

• Responsibility & Reporting: Be responsible for monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting any hazards or
maintenance needs.
Regularly report to the management about the status of cleaning tasks and any
feedback received from residents.
