*Job Description*
*Purpose/Objective of position*
• Responsible for handling a high volume of incoming customer contacts (calls, emails and cases) for product / solution support, registration issues, or general inquiries.
• Log on and manage phone queue and email inbox contacts during shift.
• Receive and respond to customer email communications.
• Initiate, monitor, and escalate customer problem cases for issues not resolved during initial customer contact
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required
*Essential/Fundamental Duties & Responsibilities:*
• Ability to work ANY shift across
• Deliver high quality, enthusiastic customer service
• Ability to receive, analyze, resolve and/or triage, if necessary, a high volume of incoming calls, and email customer inquiries for 1st level technical support and service.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to email requests with proper grammar and spelling within response guidelines
• Follow up on customer issues/concerns, within established response turnaround times as assigned by Senior Customer Service Admin or Supervisor
• Consistently meet or exceed quality assurance and performance targets
*Education:*
High School Diploma or GED Equivalency or higher
*Qualifications/Experience:*
• Minimum Experience Customer Service experience required
• Basic Computer & Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Internet skills required with the ability to verbally walk a customer through detailed website navigation and complete basic browser troubleshooting
• Experience in a high volume call center or customer service contact center utilizing a phone queue system, and handling other channels of inquiry such as email is a plus
• Customer Relationship Management (Netsuite experience a plus)
