Our mission is to serve patients who live in areas where access to sleep medicine has not been available.
We partner with hospitals in rural areas throughout the Midwest to provide the same level of sleep medicine care that would only be found in major metropolitan communities.
*The Position:*
We are looking for a full-time Clinical Support Representative in our DME/Supplies Department for the Detroit Lakes, MN office that would be able to supply patients with Durable Medical Equipment (DME)- CPAP, BIPAP, etc.

as prescribed by the physician by managing inbound and outbound phone calls as well as packing supplies, placing new orders, and managing inventory.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in a customer support role
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
* Familiarity with handling inventory, packaging, electronic health records (EHR), insurance, and multi-line phone systems
* Knowledge of HIPAA policies and guidelines
* Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, pay attention to details, and manage time effectively
* Work well in a team dynamic as well as independently
