*Job Title:* Agency Contact Representative / Associate Agent
*Company Bio:* Brian Riches Financial Services is an independently contracted Insurance and Investment office for Country Financial.
Brian and his team have been serving clients since 2014.
This position will help serve clients as we continue to grow as an agency.
*Role Summary:* This position is an insurance licensed sales position.
The role will start primarily as an outbound call roll to help set appointments within the office.
After these skills are mastered the successful candidate will also begin to prepare quotes for clients and ultimately present proper recommendations based on clients’ needs for Auto, Home and Business Insurance.
*Role Responsibilities:* Outbound Calls to set appointments, reschedule appointments, follow up tasks after appointments, obtain Google and Facebook reviews, respond to text messages with clients.
Once the candidate becomes proficient in these areas, they will begin to quote property and casualty quotes like Auto, Home, and Business.
Finally, they will meet with existing clients to make sure that their current products meet their needs and ensure they are properly covered and make appropriate recommendations.
*Role Requirements:* Must be proficient in both phone and email etiquette.
Must be able to type well and be able to utilize multiple online systems to maintain contact with clients.
The ability to handle a diverse prospect base and consistently make outbound calls is essential for this role.
This is an insurance office environment, and the candidate is expected to work in a professional manner.
While an insurance license is not required to obtain the position, it will be expected that within 3 months and at the latest 6 months the candidate will be Property and Casualty Licensed.
*Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay will be a base rate along with bonus / commission potential based on performance.
This will be a primarily in office role in Fergus Falls, MN.
While there will be some work that could be done remotely, this will be the exception and not the rule as most of the work will need to be done in office.
The hours will primarily be Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm however there will be some required evening calling and client meetings.
There will be some flexibility with hours, but job duties will mostly be done within the outline listed above.
