Overview: This position would involve assisting our sales representatives with servicing existing customer accounts, obtaining orders and establishing new customer accounts.
As a Customer Service Associate, orders must be processed in an accurate and timely manner, all while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Attention to detail, being organized and having a willingness to learn, are essential attributes required for this position.

Essential Functions: * Provide assistance to our Sales Representatives * Assist in preparing quotes for customers * Proof sign layouts * Generate orders upon quote approval * Assist customers with any questions they may have about their order * Organize and file paperwork Competencies: * Proficient computer skills * Attention to detail * Multi-tasking * Strong desire to learn * Motivated to grow individually as well as part of a team Hours of Work: * 5-day workweek, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * No travel required Requirements: * High school diploma / GED Benefits: Newman Signs Inc.
