Responsibilities:
Provide live customers assistance via chat, email and phone
Responsible for engaging and connecting with customers, sharing quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture
Oversee distribution of requests via Order Management Systems (OMS)
Assess customer needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support
Receive customer feedback and take appropriate action to take care of the customer

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
