PT/FT Front desk Agent

The Mainstay Suites hotel is looking for a Part or Full time Front Desk agent.
We are looking for a candidate that is outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry.
Job duties consist of but not limited too: -Answering all phone calls -Guest check-ins/check outs -Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue -Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service -Handle customer complaints with resolution -Daily check list duties Position requires every other weekend availability.
Shifts are 5a-3p and/or 3p-11p.
Hotel experience not required.
