Precision Heating and Cooling

*Position Summary:*
The HVAC Dispatcher fields calls from customers and prioritizes the nature of the call then schedules times for work to be completed by a Service Technician.
In addition, the Dispatcher keeps accurate records and invoices of completed work as well as communicating with customers in regards to billing and scheduling questions.
Planned Maintenance contracts and warranty work will also be included in this portfolio of tasks.
Reports to the Service Manager.
*Wage: *$22-$26 DOE
*Hours:* Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (may require occasional overtime)

*Education, Training and Experience:*
* High School diploma or GED required
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
) is strongly preferred
* Experience in HVAC is a benefit but not mandatory
