We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team in West Fargo, ND, and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional support to our customers.
*Responsibilities:* As a Customer Support Associate at Protosthetics, your primary responsibilities will include: * *Technical Support:* * Provide expert assistance to customers using Protosthetics' software applications and 3D printers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone and via email.
* *Customer Interaction:* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
* *Product Knowledge:* * Maintain a deep understanding of Protosthetics' products, software applications, and 3D printing technologies.
* Stay informed about product updates and improvements.
* *Documentation:* * Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base.
* *Collaboration:* * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
* *Training:* * Assist in the development and delivery of customer training materials.
* Provide guidance to customers on the effective use of Protosthetics' products.
*Requirements:* To be successful in this role, you should possess the following: * *Technical Aptitude:* * Strong technical understanding and aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
* *Communication Skills:* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
* *Customer Focus:* * Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
* *Availability:* * Willingness to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday.

* *Problem-Solving Skills:* * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
*Education and Experience:* * High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
