*Responsibilities:*
As a Customer Support Associate at Protosthetics, your primary responsibilities will include:
* *Technical Support:*
* Provide expert assistance to customers using Protosthetics' software applications and 3D printers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone and via email.
* *Customer Interaction:*
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
* *Product Knowledge:*
* Maintain a deep understanding of Protosthetics' products, software applications, and 3D printing technologies.
* Stay informed about product updates and improvements.
* *Documentation:*
* Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base.
* *Collaboration:*
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
* *Training:*
* Assist in the development and delivery of customer training materials.
* Provide guidance to customers on the effective use of Protosthetics' products.
*Requirements:*
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
