Customer Service Intake Specialist

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and concepts is a plus.
