* Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
work 8am to 5pm mon-fri be friendly and be able to listen to the manager .
all days will be scheduled by manager daily employee must be able to drive to locations within 60-90 miles of Fargo or local appointments and fix problems with any window and door issues that customer may have that will be stated on the paperwork supplied to you.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner learning to cut glass , do window and screen repairs , have a current drivers license.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate and turn replacement window leads over to salesman - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information - - Communicate effectively with customers.
