The ideal Hotel Front Desk Agent accommodates guests of hotel, handles front office duties and has a high level of customer service skills.
Follows through on guest issues in a pleasant and organized fashion ensuring successful resolution and exceeding of customer expectations.
Takes all necessary steps to ensure a positive and pleasant experience for all guests.

* Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests.
Handles credit cards, initial parking information and an overview of guest services.
Issues room keys and location instructions to guests
* Serves as the primary liaison to guests.
Handles stressful situations, makes mature and knowledgeable decisions.
Handles all guest complaint or problems to exceed the guests expectations
* Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs and concerns; be committed to making every guest satisfied
* Consistently maintains positive demeanor
* Handles incoming guest reservations via phone.
Takes reservation accurately and enters into system
* Handles guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner
* Handles arriving reservations determining and assigning special requests when necessary and acknowledging top tier customers
* Answers inquiries pertaining to all hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining entertainment and travel directions within the local market.
* Handle all guest service requests
* Serves as hotel phone operator and directs calls to appropriate department.
Receives, transmits and racks telephone messages
* Computes bill, collects payment and makes change for guests
* Ability to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each interaction
* Manages and controls assigned cash bank and balances shift within established procedures
* Keeps all work areas neat, clean, organized and free of hazards
* Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care
* Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change
* Perform other functions as required and directed.
