Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting store activities and training the Store Administration function on relevant systems and processes within Titan Machinery.
The position is responsible for handling store questions/issues and training the store administration employees on the various support systems including ERP system processes and SOP’s utilized by the company in relation to the store administration roles within the business.
As the company hires new personnel, acquires or starts up new stores, the incumbent is an integral part of the transition team that sets up and implements the Titan process and procedures in these stores.
*This is a remote position within the current Titan Machinery footprint and requires that you reside within one of our operating states (CO, IA, ID, KS, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, SD, WA, WI or WY) This position is a great fit for your career if you:: Efficiently answer questions and issues from store personnel relating to store administration and training and/or customer transactions through the centralized call center organization at the Shared Resource Center (SRC) Provide training using best practices for the Store Administration personnel as required and determined by the organization, including during the start-up phase of a new acquisition.
Cultivate and develop strong relationships within the company Understand the Titan Policy and Processes with regards to store activities and support ensuring full compliance with any government or regulating organizations Assist in meeting the company requirements for revenue recognition and asset management policy May assist in creating training documents for end user Travel to store locations and meetings as needed for training purposes.
Work directly with the ERP group to give them accurate and reliable reporting on the software issues and to assist them in focusing their programming staff on fixes and enhancements As required, complete integrated testing within the change management process, in conjunction with the ERP organization, for new software processes and fixes Review survey feedback and performance measures to improve services, tools, and support experience Work to develop new processes with regards to communicating and/or training store personnel in terms of administration functions Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required: 2 + years of related experience and/or related military experience Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours Exemplifies Titan Machinery’s Core Values Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Ability to oversee integrated testing and reporting into application development issues Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with a keen attention to detail Dealership administration background/experience a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly self-motivated and directed while experienced with working in a team-oriented collaborative environment Strong customer-service orientation Strong process orientation, experience with process designing, the ability to process data to generate meaningful reports and failure analysis Titan Machinery provides a generous total compensation package including the following: Health Insurance - Titan Pays the Premium for Single Coverage!!
