Front Desk Program Assistant

Red River Recovery Center is looking for a part-time worker to join our team! The hours we are hoping to hire for are: Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 7am-3:30pm.
Starting pay at $19/hour.
Some of the specific job requirements are as follows: To be on site and act as the designated responsible staff person for the following: To contact the appropriate persons and “on call staff” in the case of an emergency.
To conduct oneself in an appropriate manner conducive to recovery.
Transport clients to designated locations in the mornings.
Review and manage Medication books and record information.
Light cleaning of main lobby area.
Enforce Fire Marshall and Department of Health Laws.
Observe and remind clients of house expectations.
Document problems in log and report to counseling staff.
Enforce visitors policy hours Each night make hourly rounds throughout the facility, account for all residents.
Allow clients access to self medications at prescribed times Provide shift report and medication count at end of the shift.
Answer office telephone and take messages.
Assist with filing in client records.
Document in client record progress sheet significant observations.
Complete incident reports as they occur.
Have a positive attitude when dealing with clients, county workers and other staff members.
Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly both in written and verbal forms.
Demonstrate an ability to confront inappropriate behavior in a way that is direct, clear, and non-judgmental.
Maintain a valid Drivers License.
