VISIONBank is now hiring a Client Service Representative!
A member of the bank’s retail team, the Client Service Representative’s focus is ensuring every current and prospective client is met with a personal and exceptional experience.
This critical team member serves as a hands-on and engaged resource for account opening, product education, and relationship building, while supporting the overall growth efforts of the bank.
Our Client Service Representatives:
Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish, helping clients make the most out of their accounts by answering questions, completing maintenance, and proactively offering solutions.
Open all consumer and business accounts, Safety Deposit Boxes, and IRAs.
Refer customers to other areas of the bank for additional products.
Effectively resolve product and service issues, committing to thorough research, proactive solutioning, expedited resolution, and outstanding communication and follow-through.
Attract potential clients by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other relevant products and services.
Assist other departments with various projects and tasks related to the Bank’s lending and operational functions.
May also provide notary public service.
Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills (in person, over the phone, and via email) and dedication to providing best-in-class service that is professional, patient, and focused on a ‘people-first’ attitude.
Enhanced expertise of the Bank’s various products (and the features and benefits associated with those products) is required.
Strong knowledge of retail policies, procedures, and compliance is necessary to protect the interests of the bank and our clients.
Applicant must be highly effective at multi-tasking with outstanding follow-up and follow-through.
Strong typing and computer skills are also required.
Standard day shifts, M-F, with occasional Saturdays and evenings required.
Past teller or client service experience in banking is preferred.
