*Fergus Falls- FULL TIME TRANSIT DRIVER*
*Responsibilities*: Pre-trip inspection, communicate safety to passengers, knowledge of wheelchair lift procedures, hookup, and seat belts, follow emergency procedures, obey traffic laws, practice defensive driving skills, ability to become CPR and First Aid Certified, attend required training, maintain accurate records, schedule and complete maintenance as requested.
Support the agency’s safety program and the success of the Agency.
*Qualifications*: Prefer high school diploma or GED, should have an interest in working with people, excellent customer service skills are a must, CDL, Class C license with passenger endorsement is required.
Must have a good driving record determined by our insurance carrier.
Must be able to pass Physical exam - MN DOT approved and background check.
Will have to participate in pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing program.
Must have a mechanical aptitude and the ability to occasionally lift 100 lbs.
Maintain a good public image.
