FedEx Ground Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Badger Logistics’ Inc is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground.
We are seeking *responsible & motivated, *Full and Part time delivery drivers.
*Requirements:* * Full time drivers work 5 days a week, and up to 6 days a week during November and December * Must have a Valid driver’s license * Must be at least 21 years of age * High School Diploma or GED * No more than one moving violation in the past three years * No DUIs * Prior to employment, a background check and drug screening must be completed *Responsibilities* * Deliver a wide variety of items to our clients' on a dedicated route in our service areas * Follow route and time schedule * Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle * Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints * Complete end of day reports * Follow DOT regulations and safety standards *Skills* * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication skills * Team Player * Coachable * Reliable *We offer:* * Competitive pay based on ability * Paid training *Employment Condition:* * Upon successful employment, a mandatory 75-day probationary period will be enacted.
