This position is a combination of driving with some forklift operation.

HazMat and Tanker, or the willingness to obtain within 90 days *Acceptable motor vehicle record* *No DUI’s within the last 5 years (No more than 1 in a lifetime)* *Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test.
