Summary
The Driver & Set Crew position assists in delivering modular home sections from our factory to customers sites as well as setting the sections onto foundations.

Loads modular home sections
Delivers loads to job sites within a 5 state area
Assists in setting modules onto foundations
Installs weather protective material on modules following the set
Works in a safe manner and follows all safety policies including wearing appropriate PPE
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
Performs other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
Typical days are Monday through Friday.
Weekend or evening work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is required during the business day, out -of-area and overnight travel is to be expected.
Experience
Oversized load experience is preferred
General carpentry experience preferred
Proficient in using hand tools such as tape measure, utility knife and hammer
Strict attention to detail an order accuracy
Ability to follow written and spoken instruction
Ability to lift to 80 pounds comfortably and consistently
Education/Certifications
Class A CDL License is required
