Productive Alternatives is hiring for 2 Part Time Driver positions in the FM area.
Productive Alternatives will provide the vehicles (Dodge caravans or small SUV).
The individual will pick clients up from their homes and take them to their place of employment where their Job Coach is waiting for them to begin their work shift.
All transports will be in the Dilworth, Moorhead, Fargo, West Fargo area.
Rides back to their home once their work shift is completed may also be included.
The individual will need to pass a MVR check and a background check.
The individual will also need to read all client plans and have an understanding of our client's vulnerabilities.
Minimal documentation is included.
There is much flexibility in this position.
We need AM drivers and PM drivers.
Must be a careful driver with a clean driving record.
Must enjoy driving.
Must be a people person and abide to a schedule so our clients get to work on time.
Must complete trainings such as Vulnerable Adult reporting and positive supports.
Below is a list of the hours we currently need to fill.
Please note that we will be adding more transports into this schedule when feasible.
*Mondays* = 9:00AM-2:30PM or 3PM-7PM, *Tuesdays*= 7:30AM-12PM or 1PM-7PM, *Wednesdays* = 9:00AM-3:00PM or 1PM-7PM, *Thursdays* - 7AM-12PM or 1PM-6:45PM, *Friday *- need 2 shifts filled at this time: 7:00AM-3:00PM and 8:45AM -11:30AM.
