Starting pay is $27.
00 up to $32.
00 an hour
Rotating Schedule that requires 1-2 layovers per week
Start time between 3AM-5AM - Route Completion
Bi-weekly bonus
The Service Delivery Driver will safely operate a 26’ box truck and unload and deliver various products on an assigned route schedule.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to build relationships with each customer and become familiar with their operations to meet their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
Arrive at customer locations on a timely basis.
Verify customer receives all product ordered.
Call in shorts or product sent in error to transportation office for redelivery, if needed.
Perform pre and post trip inspections on vehicle and inform supervisor of any defects found.
Operate company vehicles in a safe manner using defensive driving techniques.
Exercise courtesy to other drivers and pedestrians.
Unload product and move product in a safe manner using safe lifting techniques.
Ensure every customer’s order is scanned.
Sweep out box of vehicle daily, rinse as needed.
Clean out cab of vehicle daily and remove trash.
Upon completion of route may assist other routes as needed.
Must be comfortable using technology ELD (Electronic Log Device) to comply with FMCSA regulations.
May perform pick-ups at various vendors throughout the area.

Pick-up any product a customer wishes to return without question and fill out the appropriate paperwork.

Maintain a safe working environment to reduce injuries and workers compensation claims.
Food Safety as it relates to this position.

Qualifications:
Must have a valid CDL Class A or B license.
This position requires team members to be 21 years of age.
2 years delivery experience preferred, not required.
Good communication skills with the ability to work with all people in a professional manner in all types of situations.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to safely perform tasks and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Sense of urgency with the ability to work well under pressure.
Must maintain an acceptable driving record.
Flexibility for overtime hours, working weekends and holidays, and the ability to start at a variety of times all are required to successfully meet customers' needs.
Positive attitude and approachable personality are essential.
Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Walking and lifting up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
Bending and frequent overhead lifting up to 70 pounds.
Must be able to push or pull loading cart with up to 500 pounds.
Must be able to go up and down walk ramp into and out of the rear of the truck with up to 300 pounds of product repeatedly.
Must be able to work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold, for 8-14 hours.
