Primary Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an Inventory and Delivery Specialist.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate inventory counts and levels are maintained, while also playing a crucial part in delivering and picking up products from customers daily.
Your attention to detail, dedication to safety, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will be essential to our operations.
Key Duties:
Delivery:
Conduct daily inspections of delivery vehicles.
Safely operate a forklift, floor jack, dolly, and other equipment, maintaining a current forklift operator's license.
Deliver sold products to customers.
Pick up casings from customers as needed.
Enforce and adhere to all rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, DOT, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
Provide high levels of service to both existing and potential customers by responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
Warehouse:
Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized manner, ensuring that tires are stacked by size and brand.
Regularly sweep warehouse floors to maintain cleanliness.
Pull and stage products for delivery.
Assist with biannual inventory counts.
Report any inventory discrepancies to the Location Manager.
Other:
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Report all Near Misses and incidents promptly and complete the necessary paperwork as required.

Requirements
Ability to lift 75 lbs on a frequent basis, and up to 150 lbs on an occasional basis.
Proficiency in reading and writing English to meet job requirements.
Capable of standing, crouching, and kneeling as necessary for the job.
Work will be performed inside a shop, with regular exposure to dust and tire debris.
Possession of a valid, insurable driver's license and the ability to pass a company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and obtain a medical card.
