*The Role:* We are looking for a FLEX motorcoach driver to join our team! This individual will have a varying schedule but will always know well in advance what the schedule would look like.
Hours worked per week could vary from 0 – 20hrs.
This role is meant to create coverage for the fully staffed team during PTO, as well as have the ability to pick up any extra shifts available.
This position would be eligible to pick up multi-day charters as well.
In addition to your driving responsibilities, you will assist with the loading/unloading of passenger baggage and cargo during the boarding and disembarkation process.
*Duties and Responsibilities:* * Safe, responsible, and timely operation of our passenger vehicles * Accurate and timely completion of DOT and Company documentation * Courteous and thoughtful treatment of passengers and other drivers sharing the roadway * Professional conduct at all times while on duty or in uniform * Safely load and unload baggage and cargo weighing up to 70 pounds per unit and push/pull luggage carts with multiple items loaded * Fuel and clean vehicles *Benefits:* * Free travel privileges on our buses for employees and their families * Flight benefit privileges with our partner airlines *Requirements:* *This is a Safety-Sensitive Position subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FMCSA guidelines.
