PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of TNT’s activity bus driver is to transport preschool aged and school aged children to and from TNT, and their childcare and/or school.
They will maintain a clean bus and obey traffic laws while transporting children.
TNT’s bus driver is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 8:15-11:30a, with additional hours available.
Additional hours include but are not limited to, driving for the after school program, Monday through Friday 2:00-3:30, and assisting in maintenance.
Bus Driver responsibilities/Qualifications:
Drive in a safe and timely manner
Provide safe transit and on-time delivery for students going from childcares/school to TNT
Provide supervision for students on your bus
Assist with routine maintenance drop off (oil changes), washes, routine cleaning, fueling, etc.
Valid Driver License
Have a clean driving record
Take a fingerprinting background check within 14 days of hire date
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical tasks such as moving, adjusting seats, upwards of 50lbs.
Ability to position self in multiple ways to ensure all children are buckled and to maintain a clean bus.
TNT is a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly and be a quick study and self-reliant.
