● No more than 3 points on MVR
● No more than 4 Out of Service violations on PSP
● No History of Equipment Abandonment
● No DUI/SAP
● Clean Clearinghouse
● Clean Drug Test
● Desire to make money!
*TIME ON/OFF *
● 2 Weeks OTR = 2 Days Off
● 3 Weeks OTR = 3 Days Off
● 4 Weeks OTR = 4 Days Off
● An additional day off for each additional week out
