Are you looking for someone to do project for you but don’t want to hire an expensive professional?
Do you want help doing something around your house that you can’t do by yourself but need a hand doing? Due to heavy lifting or unable to perform repetitive & tedious tasks?
Are you moving? Do you feel overwhelmed with clutter? Does your house need a deep cleaning? Do you need a room gutted? Do you need your yard cleaned up? Room painted? Is your drain plugged? Does your driveway or roof need a small patch?
These are jobs I’ve been performing for the last few years on my own for the Fargo/Moorhead community.
Many of the people I work for or with just need a quick hand and don’t know where to turn.
Some people are right by my side as we help each other get a project done that they normally couldn’t do themself.
Both learning something as we go!
I’ve met some good people but also I have come across some goofs.
But people have trusted me.
I bring a sage and positive attitude and a hard work ethic to get stuff done.
*Experience*
-I have over a decade of construction experience.
Ranging from Concrete, to roofing, to working in the oil fields down in texas, also the annual beet harvest.
-I have a few years in the restaurant industry, also, driving long distances.
-I paint, do demolitions, help people move heavy objects from A to B, I’ve acquired a green thumb in the garden, clear out nasty backyards, and clean filthy abandoned bathrooms.
-I have a pop up vintage shop which has helped me acquire a good sense of style, flow, and organization as to how to set up.
-I’m a recovering hoarder which has taught me to minimize and make sense of my own space which has helped me help other bring more clarity into their lives.
- I’ll really try any job and I’ll be honest if I don’t think I can do it.
*Tools, equipment & morals*
-I have a Suburban that is able to pull an 8,000 lb fishing trailer.
-access to a trailer if needed or else I live nearby a uhaul.
-I have acquired a wide variety of tools and equipment to help me with a wide variety of projects.
Ex: Dollies, wheel burrow, power tools, scaffold.
-I like to recycled by bringing unwanted items to the thrift shop or recycling centers.
-I don’t judge and I recommend to others what they can do to avoid extra costs, such as going to the hardware store themselves to acquire the necessary tools and supplies.
*Rates and charges*
My policy is feeling as good as my clients are.
A mutually satisfied transaction.
My rates will be cheaper than a professional rate but I work hard and I work fast so they will be higher than a friend helping help you.
Think of me in the middle of a friend you know and a professional.
Roughly $25-$55/hr depending on how laborious or potentially nasty the job may be.
I usually add an extra $5-$10 on the 1st and last hours for smaller jobs that are quick and easier.
Longer jobs get a cheaper hours in between due more hours I get to work.
Compensation for Gas, ware on my vehicle and time traveled.
If you have your own tools and supplies so I don’t have to use mine, that will save you some money.
We come to an agreement of how much you’ll be paying me per hour or else I can bid or you can throw me a number and we can meet in the middle.
I’m very easy to work with.
Honesty, safety and efficiency are on the top of my priorities.
But I do demand respect and an attitude I can handle working around.
I expect the same as I put out there cause I’m not looking for problems.
Just a mutual way to benefit and serve my community as they benefit and serve me as well.
If I sound like someone who can help you, I’d appreciate the opportunity.
