Assistant County Attorney (2 - Positions)

Job Summary: Assists the County Attorney in the preparation and presentation of cases in district court and criminal matters involving Becker County and/or the State of Minnesota, represents the County as a municipality and provides legal advice to the County Board, elected officials, department heads, and/or other County employees, and participates in the training and education of various County employees.
Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and license from the State of Minnesota to practice law.
