JOB SUMMARY: As a Senior Paralegal at Sandin Law, you'll step into a role that values your expertise and ignites your passion for legal support and administration.
Working closely with a dynamic team of three attorneys, you'll delve into the intricacies of estate and gift planning, probate, trust administration, business planning, and more, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Become part of a distinguished and reputable law firm within the community, enjoying a 36-hour work week with the added benefit of having every Friday afternoon off.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct in-depth legal and factual research, employing a variety of sources to gather relevant information to support case preparation and strategy development.
Lead research initiatives, ensuring thorough and accurate collection of necessary documents and information.
Manage a meticulous tickler/docket system to monitor case progress, track critical deadlines, and ensure timely compliance with all legal requirements.
Serve as the organizational pillar, handling everything from client information to legal documents with finesse.
Organize and analyze a diverse array of information, ranging from detailed client records to complex form documents, to facilitate case management and preparation.
Develop and maintain an organized system of databases and files, utilizing both paper and electronic formats, to ensure efficient retrieval and safekeeping of critical information.
Oversee the drafting and revision of a wide range of legal documents, including but not limited to court filings, correspondence, estate plans, trust agreements, and business contracts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal standards.
Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and meeting materials, taking comprehensive notes, and following up on action items to ensure client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Engage with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates, and address concerns, fostering strong, trust-based relationships through excellent communication and service.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies accompanied by 5+ years of invaluable experience.

Navigate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with ease, showcasing your tech-savvy skills.
