In this role, the Contract Specialist will be a highly involved and critical team member in completing business agreements and regulatory filings for projects to allow Otter Tail Power Company to continue to meet its mission.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external industry peers to coordinate duties, tasks, and timelines to complete business agreements and regulatory filings for projects.
Developing agreements, regulatory filings, reports, and presentations for various projects.
Guiding projects through the necessary processes and advising personnel on processes required.
Leading continuous improvement strategy to improve processes and build efficiencies.
Evaluating risks, leading strategies, and tracking accountabilities of agreements and regulatory filings.
