- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff members to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
