(Level II only) Operate machinery, tools, office equipment, and other special equipment used: hand scanner, scissors, box cutters, crates, rolling carts, straps/bands, and hand truck.
Use of handheld scanner and lifting 60 lbs.
Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.
Previous warehouse, Kanban, kitting, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Forklift certification is encouraged but not necessary.

Must be able to alternate walking, standing, sitting, twisting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds.
The Warehouse Manager’s goal is to provide Magnum’s customers with service that meets or exceeds our customer’s requirements.
The Manager will oversee inventory control, kitting, assembly, and all other value-added services performed by Magnum.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all personnel, processes, and systems within Magnum’s warehouse.
Essential Job Functions Responsible for strategic planning, administration and day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by team leaders Responsible for monitoring the performance and progress of warehouse staff Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met Responsible for overseeing stock control and processing orders Ensures quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met Fulfill Magnum objectives and directions Responsible for delivering excellent customer service by responding and dealing with customer queries, requests and communicating by email, fax and telephone Responsible for keeping stock control systems up to date Plan future capacity requirements.
Generate reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Ensure warehouse staff follows security, safety and housekeeping rules Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
