Stein's Inc is looking to hire an individual who will monitor and manage our Chemical Specialist Department for our company and working the Red River Valley territory of business.
As a manger, an individual in this position will be expected to create and review proposals and bids, create and modify route networks for other specialists, and oversee the growth of business in your department.
This wll involve overseeing two other Specialists at their own locations and assisting them with projects.
Additionally, this position will have an individual providing routine service on customer dispensers and machines, building and maintaining customer relationships, and growing sales through new business prospects in the Red River Valley territory.
Individuals should have a leadership personality and ambition to grow.
Basic skills for this job involve familiarity with hand and electric tools, and an understanding of, or a willingness to learn, electrical and plumbing skills.
This job will be balanced between office work at our Moorhead office and route service throughout the Red River Valley.
Company vehicle, credit card, tools, laptop, and phone will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
