```Duties```
As General Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Supervising and managing the operations of The Toasted Frog in Fargo
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Implementing and maintaining high-quality customer service standards
- Training and developing restaurant staff members
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales and profit goals
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, food safety, and adherence to health regulations
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a fine dining atmosphere
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
- Experience in restaurant management is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
