Job Overview
The office manager will be the center hub of communications for the company.
They will communicate with employees, clients, insurance companies, and vendors to manage business operations smoothly and efficiently.
They will be responsible for accounts receivable/payable, payroll, collections, and much more.
This position will be faced with many challenges and deadlines that require someone who is great at multi tasking.

Job Duties:
Greet and communicate with customers in a professional manner
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors
Assist in estimating and scheduling jobs
Assist in ordering parts and supplies
Managing accounts receivable and payable in Quick books
Manage past due accounts and contact clients who are overdue
Filing and organizing paperwork
Manage company emails and websites, while responding to customer inquiries
Receive and sort mail, packages, and products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and waiting room
Manage and grow our social media footprint
Assist in setting up and promoting at company events
Managing time clock entries
Calculate payroll
Accepting payments and handling cash
Willingness to take on projects and ask for assistance when needed
Communicate effectively to clients and co-workers
Manage claims from insurance companies
Assist Salesman when requested
Manage Estimator
Assist in hiring employees
Interview candidates
Assist in performance reviews
May promote business by door-to-door marketing
